Welcome to Day 5 of the Two Week Beginner Friendly Workout Routine

Today is an active rest day. Don’t worry, you won’t have to spend it lounging on the couch all day! Instead, you’ll be participating in a lower intensity activity to help your body recover and prepare it for the next 6 days of hard work.

Today, we suggest you go for a swim! Swimming is a great way to get in some low-impact exercise while giving your joints a break and allowing your body to focus on recovery. Swimming is a full-body workout that can help build strength, increase flexibility, and improve your overall heart health.

Plus, swimming is also great for improving your mental health. The calming atmosphere of the pool combined with the physical activities can help reduce stress levels and leave you feeling relaxed. So grab your swimsuit and get ready to dive in!

If swimming isn’t your cup of tea, don’t worry — there’s plenty of other activities that you can do to get your active rest day in. Take a leisurely walk around your neighborhood, go for a slow jog, take a bike ride or do some light yoga. Whatever you decide, just make sure you take it easy and keep your heart rate low.

So there you have it — Day 5 of the Two Week Beginner Friendly Workout Routine. We hope you had an amazing day of active rest and are ready for the rest of the week!
