Welcome to Day 21 of the 4-Week Total Body Transformation Challenge

Lastly, incorporate foam rolling into your recovery process to ease any muscle tension or soreness you may have. Foam rolling helps with blood flow to the muscles, increases range of motion, and helps to reduce muscle fatigue over time. Plus, it’s a great way to relax and unwind after a hard workout session.
