Welcome to Day 7 of the Two Week Beginner Friendly Workout Routine!

Today is all about resting and taking a break from the intense workouts you have been doing throughout the week. Rest days are just as important as workout days because they allow your body to recover and helps with muscle building.

Rest days also play a key role in maximising your energy and performance on your training days which can help you achieve your fitness goals faster. Taking a break from intense activities and allowing your muscles to rest can improve your overall health.

It’s important to take rest days and not skip them, even if you’re feeling guilty about it. Doing so will only make your results worse in the long run. During rest days, make sure to get enough sleep, stay hydrated, and eat a healthy balanced diet.

You can use this day to take some time to relax and reflect on your progress so far. This will help you stay motivated and on track. Additionally, try to stay active during rest days by going for a light walk, doing some stretching, or swimming.

At the end of the day, just remember to listen to your body. If you’re feeling too exhausted or sore, take a break. You can also modify the exercises so that they are still challenging but don’t strain your body too much.
