Welcome to Day 14 in our Two Week Beginner Friendly Workout Routine!

On your rest day, it’s also important to keep your nutrition in mind as well. Eating the right foods on a rest day can help your body to repair and recover from all your hard work. Make sure you’re eating a healthy balance of proteins, carbs, and fats.
